I would like to take a minute to address the viewers. Throughout my work week I can't help but notice how many of you drop in to view my truckcam. I initially started this operation for my own benefit 4 years ago by only recording the video stream directly to my computer in case of any incidents that may occur during my travels. As a result I've used saved video stream files to prove what really happened in order to protect myself from those who like to 'pass the buck' shall we say. Shortly after I decided to stream it live on camstreams mainly for my family to track me. 60,000 plus hits later I can honestly say that having viewers come in and out all day gives me, the driver, a sense of having company which for most truck drivers is unheard of. I do get tired of highway 401 so I look forward to crossing the international border into the good ol' U.S.of A., but unfortunately my U.S. mobile internet carrier doesn't offer me a public ip address which is necessary for streaming with the camstreams website. My internet carrier does offer me a public ip address here in Canada. I read your comments and messages below. Thanks a lot for tuning in!
